Dusknoir has high Defense, so this moveset should help it out.
Dusknoir will burn the opponent with Will-o-wisp, which would lower there attack 50% as well.
Pain Split is useful is Dusknoir has taken a certain amount of damage.
Trick Room will help Dusknoir get faster and counter other opponents, which is fantastic!
Burn, Sub and Focus Punch
EVS: 252 HP, 200 Defense, 200 Special Defense
Moves: Focus Punch, Substitute, Will-o-Wisp and Ice Punch.
This is another moveset which helps Dusknoir pwn other Pokemon.
Focus Punch is Powerful, along with its attack, Will-o-wisp burns and halfs attack, while Substitute is placed, no attack would hardly do damage against Dusknoir, thus setting up Focus Punch, which is very powerful.
Opinion:
Dusknoir is a very good Pokemon, despite its HP, it can be very hard to kill.
I won't say which is better, they are both good and it mostly depends on what you like.
Overall, Dusknoir is a fantastic Pokemon but its slightly lowered down by its HP flaw.
